Step 3: Melting and Injection

Raw materials enter the heating unit of the machine through the hopper.The screw gradually rotates backward to push the fake plant material forward. Once the front end of the material barrel, the screw will force the melted material to enter the fake plants’ mold.

Step 4： Cooling and Ejection plastic flower or tree

After the mold is full of material, we need to take time to cooling down the mold. Cooling is achieved by passing the cooling fluid through the channels around the mold. This can be water or other coolant. Once cooled, the product will spray out. Duirng cooling, the machine will use the cooling time to charge the material, so that we can shoter the cycle time.

Step 5: Assembling plastic plant parts

The mold opens, and the leaves or flowers will be ejected down from the mold automatically. Then we can assemble it to be a plastic Christmas trees or plastic bottle flowers.
